Customer Satisfaction

At C-Icon Online Art Gallery, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with each icon and artwork purchase. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Orthodox icons and sacred art.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at orthodox.christian.icon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at orthodox.christian.icon@gmail.com to obtain return authorization
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all included materials
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring proper packaging

Conditions for Returns

  • Icons and artwork must be in original, unused condition
  • Items must be returned in their original protective packaging
  • Custom-commissioned icons and personalized items are non-returnable
  • Discounted or sale items are final sale and non-returnable
  • Religious items that have been used in religious practices and were exposed to incense, oils, wax, lipstick or other substances are non-returnable

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-commissioned icons
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Icons and artwork that have been framed, or modified in any way
  • Items held for more than 14 days after delivery
  • Religious items that show evidence of use in worship or prayer settings, including but not limited to: items that were exposed to oils, candle wax, lipstick, perfume, or any other substances that alter the original condition of the item

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Hand-painted icons and artwork are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Normal wear, exposure to improper environmental conditions (extreme humidity, direct sunlight, extreme temperature changes, freezing conditions, excessive heat, etc.), or improper handling are not covered.
